Switching from Podium?
No contracts. Month to month. Cancel before your next bill.
Your business's AI helper, run by Austin folks, on simple monthly plans.
How our plans work
- No contracts. Every plan is month to month, billed monthly in advance.
- Cancel before your next bill. Email [email protected]. Your cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing month, and you won't be billed again.
- Setup fees still apply: $99 on Top Hand, $125 on Trail Boss. Ranch Hand has no setup fee. Setup fees aren't refundable because they cover work we do up front.
- Founder rate is a price lock, not a commitment. Trail Boss at $299/mo is locked for 12 months while you stay active. You can still cancel any month; the rate just ends if you do.
Plans start at $149/mo. See all prices →

After cancelling the card on file when the cancellation was refused, they went around the marketing contact, called our front desk and got an updated card from someone not even involved.”
